By booking an appointment with KG Wax Studio, you agree to the studio policies outlined below. BOOKING & 50% RETAINERS All appointments must be booked through the online scheduling system. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your appointment and is applied directly toward your final service total. PRE-BOOKING PERK: Rebook your next appointment in-person before leaving to have your retainer waived! Pre-booking privileges are revoked after 1 no-show or 2 late cancellations, requiring upfront retainers for all future bookings. CANCELLATIONS, LATE CHANGES & NO-SHOWS You may reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance using your online confirmation link. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or removing/declining booked services upon arrival result in a forfeited retainer. UNPAID BALANCES: If a pre-booked appointment (with a waived retainer) is late-canceled or no-showed, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. Online booking will be blocked until any unpaid fees are cleared. KG Wax Studio does not charge additional cancellation fees beyond the forfeited retainer or card-on-file fee. LATE POLICY A strict 10-minute grace period applies. If you are not on the table ready for service by 10 minutes past your appointment start time, your appointment is canceled and your retainer is forfeited. Late arrivals within the grace period will still end at the originally scheduled time, and full service fees apply. STUDIO COMMUNICATION KG Wax Studio operates without a receptionist so Kelsi can give clients 100% undivided attention during services. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a text reply. Texts sent same-day or right before an appointment are not guaranteed to be seen before your start time. Please manage urgent appointment changes directly online through your confirmation link! STUDIO GUIDELINES & ELIGIBILITY Intimate services (Brazilians, Bikinis, Vajacials) are currently offered for clients with vulvas only. Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian signed waiver on file; clients under 16 must have a guardian present during the service. Digital waivers must be completed prior to your service or service will be denied with a forfeited retainer. All services, packages, and retail sales are non-refundable. Packages lock in service counts, never expire, and are non-transferable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available via Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna ($50–$2,000). Approval is determined solely by the provider.
