Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to book an appointment. Service Availability: Intimate waxing services (Bikini, Brazilian, and Vajacials) are available for women and individuals with vulvas only. Waivers: A waiver must be completed before your appointment. Waivers are sent to your email—please fill them out in advance. If you arrive without completing your waiver, you will be required to do so before your service can begin. Failure to complete the waiver will result in a service denial. Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking and will be applied towards your service total. After your appointment, you may pre-book without a deposit. If you do not show up, you will still be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or fail to show up within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit is kept. Clients who pre-book after their appointments are not required to pay a deposit; however, if you cancel late or no-show, you will lose the ability to pre-book and will be required to pay a deposit for future bookings—unless we have discussed an exception. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, a new appointment with a new retainer will have to be booked. Guests: Do not bring additional guests unless they are also receiving a service or are seriously interested in booking. Payment: I accept EXACT cash, debit, and credit cards. VIP Appointments: A $20 fee applies for appointments scheduled outside regular business hours.
