BOOKING & RETAINER POLICIES • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. • The retainer is applied to your final total at checkout. • If you pre-book your next appointment in person before you leave, no retainer is required. • If you late cancel, reschedule within 24 hours, or no-show, you will lose pre-booking privileges and will be required to pay retainers for all future visits. • Appointment Only KG Wax Studio does not charge beyond the retainer, the retainer becomes the cancellation fee. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations under 24 hours OR no-shows result in the retainer being kept. • Missed appointments cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred. No exceptions unless discussed with Kelsi in advance and approved. LATE POLICY • You are given a 10-minute grace period. • At 10+ minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled and a new retainer will be required. Late arrivals cut into service time and impact clients after you, please plan ahead. AGE REQUIREMENT • Under 18 — parent/guardian signature required on file. • Under 16 — parent/guardian must be present during the appointment. SERVICE ELIGIBILITY • Brazilian, Bikini & Vajacial services are for women and individuals with vulvas only as I am not trained in male anatomy. WAIVERS • A digital waiver must be completed before arrival. • Failure to complete = service denial with loss of retainer. REFUNDS & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS • Services are non-refundable. • If there are concerns, contact within 24 hours, a touch-up may be offered at Kelsi’s discretion. • No refunds based on pain tolerance, personal preference, or regrowth speed. PRODUCT SALES All retail sales are final unless a product is expired or you experience a verified allergic reaction. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or fail to show up within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit is kept. Clients who pre-book after their appointments are not required to pay a deposit; however, if you cancel late or no-show, you will lose the ability to pre-book and will be required to pay a deposit for future bookings—unless we have discussed an exception.
