Age limit to book is 18. Please do not bring any extra people with you to your appointment as space is limited. Please arrive at your appointment time. **Cancellations and No-Shows:** If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. **Retainer:** A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. This retainer will be applied toward the cost of your service. However, if you prebook (after checking out) your appointment, you will not need to pay a retainer. If you prebook and do not show up for your appointment, 50% of the service fee will still be charged. If you have paid a retainer and do not show up, the retainer will be kept. Please understand if you are more than 10 minutes late, I am unable to take you and you will have to reschedule. All sales on product are final (unless it is expired or you have a reaction). I accept exact cash & debit / credit card. For VIP appointments (after hours, before hours) a $20 fee will be added.
